Head Girl's Message
2025-2026

When we say that we spent thirteen years in this school, it almost feels unreal. It seems like ages ago that we first wore our red and white uniforms, standing nervously at gates that appeared far too big for us. Today, we walk out through those same gates—gates that have witnessed our growth and shaped who we are. It still feels like yesterday when we entered school in the most ordinary way, following the same routine we had for years as students. Who would have believed that the day our world would begin to change would arrive so suddenly, yet so gradually?

As we look back, we realise how fortunate we have been to be surrounded by such remarkable people. Over the years, we have formed bonds that time cannot erase. We made friends, faced disagreements, took both right and wrong decisions, and shared moments of laughter and tears. Through it all, we remain deeply grateful to everyone who guided us and stood by us. To our Principal, Sr. Gracy Paul, and Sisters of the Community, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for walking with us through this important phase of our lives. Inspired by the vision and spirit of St. Claudine Thévenet, our Foundress, you have guided us with compassion, discipline, and faith. You have witnessed our growth and nurtured us into the individuals we are today. We promise to carry forward the values you have instilled in us and to uphold the good name of our school wherever we go. To our teachers, words can never fully express our gratitude. Thank you for overlooking our mistakes, for guiding us when we were wrong, for celebrating our joys, and for comforting us in moments of need. Thank you for your constant presence, patience, and unwavering support. To our parents, we express our deepest gratitude for being our constant source of strength. Thank you for your sacrifices, patience, and unwavering belief in us, even during moments of doubt. Your encouragement and support at home gave us the confidence to face every challenge.

I would also like to thank our administrative and support staff for guiding us throughout our journey. Your efficiency, dedication, and tireless efforts behind the scenes ensured that every step of our schooling was taken with care and ease. Your quiet commitment has played an invaluable role in shaping our experience.

To our juniors, thank you for organising such a beautiful event and for being an integral part of our school memories. We are grateful for the warmth and affection you extended to us—often no less than that of our own siblings.

And now, to the graduating batch of 2026—this journey has been a long one. It began thirteen years ago, and today, we stand at its turning point. From moments that filled the corridors with energy to those that left us in quiet reflection, we explored every form of expression available to us. Some found their voices in music and performance, others in words, movement, colour, strategy, or creation. Together, we discovered ourselves and grew side by side.

Today, we bring one chapter of our lives to a close and step into a new beginning. We start afresh, wherever life may lead us, much like the first day we walked into this school. Every experience we shared will remain invaluable and will guide us in the years to come. With this, I wish all of us the very best. May we continue to find purpose, gratitude, and happiness wherever life leads us, and may we always strive to serve with love.
