Description:
Class 2 celebrated ‘Science Day’, on 1st March, 2021. The theme was- ‘Gratitude towards the Giving Tree’. As the students had learnt extensively about the Plant kingdom during the year, the Science Day activity gave them an opportunity to creatively express their knowledge about Plants as well as their gratitude towards Plants-‘the basis of all life.’
The students were at their creative best pasting pictures, plant products like tea-bags etc. and drawing the various things that we get from our ‘Giving Tree’. The activity highlighted the importance of plants and how we are indebted to them. It was a fun-filled activity enjoyed by the students as well as the teacher!
