Mishti Garg of Class VIII-A  participated in Pen Calligraphy and Typography. She won 1st  price in Pen Calligraphy and 3rd price in Typography.

Sanskriti Bhaumik of Class VIII-C and Shreya Srikoti of Class VIII-A participated in Bournvita Quiz Contest 2016 and received Certificate and Medals for the position of 1st Runner-Up.

The AGM (Annual General Meeting) of the PTA (Parents Teachers Association) of Convent of Jesus and Mary was held on 23^rd April , 2016,in Claudine Hall . When the solemn event began the blessings of the Almighty were invoked with a melodious bhajan and hymn. The theme was Smart Parenting. A colourful dance depicting the theme drew resounding applause. Ms. Bharti Singh, Honorary General Secretary read out the Annual Report of the activities of the PTA and Ms. Seema Chabbra , Treasurer tabled the accounts which were promptly passed and seconded. Sanjeev Datta, a noted personality coach was the guest speaker. He offered fresh and practical insights into effective parenting. CJM School principal Sister Janet in the capacity of PTA president addressed the audience on the ethos of the school and the achievements of the past year. Three senior teachers who were jubilarians were felicitated. Three retiree teachers, were feted and given tokens of appreciation by the PTA. The names of the PTA Executive Committee members were announced. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, the singing of the national anthem and refreshments.

Angelia Sajeev of class VII-C was  awarded 2nd position with trophy and certificate in the State - Level Junior Category.

Vidula Vohra of class IX-A participated in the Yo Gems NCR Open Tennis Championship held from 3rd Feb to 5th Feb 2017 at Noida Stadium. She was the Runner-Up in Girls U-16 category and received a trophy, a set of books and a Certificate of Excellence.

On the occasion of World Cleanliness Convention 2016, awards to universities and schools were given by the chief guest Honorable Minister of External Affairs of Nepal. 60 schools were awarded Convent of Jesus and Mary being one of them.

A.M.N.Madhuri  of class VII-A participated in Colour Splash, Times of India and won 1st prize.

Mehak Aggarwal of 9-A was awarded 1st prize in Essay Writing Competition on the topic " My vision of India" and Devika Goel of 9-C was awarded 3rd Prize in Extempore Competition on the topic "Smart Phones & Dumb Me".

Taanishi Kohli of 8C was awarded with trophy and Certificate for Best Interjector on the topic Environmental sustainability can be overlooked by Economic Development.
