Description:
The Investiture ceremony was held in the Claudine Hall on 15th April 2014. Ms. Smita Vats, an alumnus of CJM Delhi Founder Director of Itihaas, the Indian Traditions and Heritage Society was the Chief Guest. Ms. Vatsa, in fact, was a member of the school council in her school days.
The solemn ceremony of formally investing the new council with authority took place after a brief prayer service. Sr. Janet, Principal of the school, handed over the flags and badges to the new members. The council then was administered the oath of office by Jigisha, the head girl. The chief guest congratulated the council members. Each one in the audience, she stated was a “flag bearer for CJM” because of the values acquired in school. Therefore, she emphasized they must be “proud to be a CJMite”
