SENIOR SCHOOL INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2022-23
The investiture ceremony is a solemn occasion, when the school entrusts its
faith and hope in the newly appointed student council. The senior school
investiture ceremony was held on 29th July. The event was graced by the
presence of our chief guest, honourable Mr. Jatin Narwal, who is an IPS officer,
and at present, is working as the director in the department of sports of the
Government of India.
The newly elected council was given the sashes and badges by our principal, Sr.
Gracy Paul and Mr. Jatin Narwal.
The Head Girl of the school for the year 2022-23 is Varisha Sharma. She will be
assisted in her duties by Catherine Mariam Jacob who takes charge as the
Assistant Head Girl.
The Catholic leader of the school is Sarah Elizabeth Arekyel. Anna Ciya Tom
will support Sarah as the Assistant Catholic Leader of the school.
The Sports captain of the school for this academic year is Manushree Narayan.
Srishti Prasad takes charge as the Assistant Sports Captain.
House Encounter will be led by Mehak Mehta, who has been given the charge
as the Captain, and Serena Vaiphei Hunjan as the Assistant Captain.
Ishita Sharma will lead House Endeavour this academic year. The Assistant
Captain for House Endeavour is Avni Agarwal.
Kaavya Bhateja leads as the captain of House Endurance. The Assistant
Captain for House Endurance is Sysha Bangia.
The school captain of House Enterprise is Eshita Srivastava. Unnati Sangal will
assist Eshita as the Assistant Captain of House Enterprise.
The students of Convent of Jesus and Mary New Delhi promise to uphold the
values and traditions of this great institution which is more than a century old.
It is indeed a milestone in their lives as they vow to always keep the faith, to
stand for what is just and right, to be upright and honest in all their actions
and to keep the C.J.M. banner flying high.
